Booking for men without a military ticket
The President of Ukraine signed the draft law №56499, which expands the possibilities of booking employees of critical enterprises and the defence industry.
From now on, even men who are wanted or do not have a military ID card can be booked.
Main provisions of the document
Booking is possible only once a year.
Such a reservation does not release from liability for violation of military registration.
For employees of the defence industry, the following are established the maximum trial period is 45 days.
The employer may dismiss an employee, if he/she did not correct the violation of military registration in time.
Purpose of the law
The purpose of the amendments is to prevent staff shortages in strategic sectors of the economy, in particular in defence production and critical infrastructure enterprises.
