Mobilisation 2026: TCCs will no longer stop cars, everything goes digital
In Ukraine, mobilisation processes have been changing significantly since 2026: Territorial acquisition centres (TACs) will no longer stop vehicles at checkpoints and will not be on duty at inspection points.
Citizens' documents will be checked only by units National Police, National Guard and Security Service of Ukraine. The new approach involves a complete digitalisation of mobilisation and automatic monitoring via surveillance cameras.

The cameras will automatically read the car number plates. If the car owner is in the database «Oberig», The signal will be immediately received by the nearest patrol.
Data that not updated in «Reserve+», The rules may be violated, or breaches of the rules may result in:

bans on driving,
delivery to the service centre by the police to check documents.
The system allows you to quickly and safely monitor the implementation of mobilisation tasks and at the same time reduce the load on checkpoints.
Context.
The Oberig digital system and the Reserve+ database are integrated to track all citizens in the reserve or subject to mobilisation. From now on, personal presence at checkpoints is no longer required, which simplifies the process and increases the efficiency of checks.
