The service should simplify the interaction of persons liable for military service with government agencies
A new electronic system for registering persons liable for military service called “Impulse”. It was developed to make the process of maintaining military records more transparent, faster and more convenient for both citizens and government agencies.
According to the Ministry of Defence, the system will allow:
create and update electronic cards of persons liable for military service;
automatically transfer data between territorial recruitment centres and other government agencies;
integrate information with state registers;
track the current status of each person liable for military service.
At the same time, Impulse is expected to significantly reduce bureaucracy and the number of errors associated with paperwork.
The Ministry emphasises that the system has a high level of personal data protection and will operate in accordance with the legislation on mobilisation and national security.
Impulse is to be launched in stages - First, in a test mode in certain regions, and then throughout Ukraine.
