If you pay a fine, you're wanted again: persons liable for military service can be re-declared the next day
According to the Ukrainian media, persons liable for military service who have paid fines from territorial recruitment centres, can re-enter the wanted list the next day.
The reason is. lack of automatic information exchange between the courts, the enforcement service, banking systems and CCPs.
Thus, even after timely online payment of the fine payment data may not be received in the CCP database, and the person is again entered into the register of offenders.
How it works
The court usually transmits the fine data to State Enforcement Service, and the other to the system TCC, but this process takes a few days or weeks.
As a result, a person liable for military service who believes that he or she has paid the fine and has no violations may to be accidentally put on the wanted list.
Lawyers advise after payment personally apply to the executive service or to the court with a copy of the receipt to speed up the information update.
Context.
Following the update of the legislation on mobilisation, the number of cases concerning administrative offences committed by persons liable for military service has increased many times over.
At the same time, the electronic system of fines still works in a fragmented manner, and the exchange between databases is often done manually.
