Deferral of tax payments at enterprises can be cancelled without notice

The deferral from mobilisation can now be cancelled immediately - without warning

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted amendments that allow cancel the deferral from mobilisation immediately, without any prior notice.

We are talking about cases where the company loses the status of critical importance. In this situation, all employees who have used this status will automatically are deprived of the right to deferral.

How it works

- The decision to lose the status takes effect immediately.
- The deferral for all employees is automatically cancelled and is no longer valid.
- A new reservation is possible only after the company receives a new status or in other cases determined by law.
