«Only employees with an official salary of UAH 21.6 thousand or more will retain their »reservation"

Ukraine is changing the requirements for providing «armour» against mobilisation. From now on only employees with an official salary of at least UAH 21.6 thousand will be able to keep the deferral. If the declared income is below this level, «reservation» is lost automatically, reports «Channel 24».

It is noted that the new criteria relate to employees of critical enterprises, who are eligible for booking. The level of official salary becomes a key parameter for confirming the employee's status and maintaining the deferral.

Details of the case

According to the publication, the updated rules provide for:

• mandatory confirmation official income of at least UAH 21.6 thousand;

• automatic loss of the reservation if the salary is reduced below a certain threshold;

• strengthening control over the compliance of enterprises with the status critical to the economy and infrastructure.

Businesses are advised to update their HR data and check that their employees meet the new requirements.
