Chernihiv: Russian UAV crash damages residential building, injures people
A multi-apartment residential building was damaged in Chernihiv as a result of a Russian attack UAV crash. This was reported by the regional department of the State Emergency Service.
Casualties and destruction
As a result of the explosion and shock wave three people were injured, one of them hospitalised to the hospital.
The house is damaged:
window structures,
external facade elements,
gas pipeline, This caused a local fire.
Rescuers quickly eliminated the gas fire and continue to check the building.
Helping residents
Near the scene of the incident, the following were deployed «Point of no return», where people can get heat, drinks, charge their phones and wait for safe conditions.
SES psychologists have already provided assistance 24 residents, who survived the explosion.
The situation on the ground
The damaged structures are being dismantled. Emergency services are checking the building for secondary damage and potentially trapped people.
