Yermak said that the Ukrainian delegation had held its first meetings with national security advisers from Britain, France and Germany.

The start of the negotiating day in Switzerland

Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak said that the Ukrainian delegation formed by the President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has officially started its work in Geneva.
The first consultations were held with national security advisers to the leaders of the UK, France and Germany.

First meeting with European partners

The meeting was attended by:
Jonathan Powell (UK),
Emmanuel Bonn (France),
Günter Sautter (Germany).

The discussion focused on coordinating positions on further steps, as well as assessing the proposals put forward for the negotiation process, and Yermak called the conversation constructive.

Next meeting - with the US delegation

Yermak confirmed that today he will also meet with by the American delegation. Ukraine expects an intensive day of work in several formats, including separate consultations and trilateral discussions.

Ukraine and partners coordinate positions

According to Yermak, Ukraine and its allies continue to work together to ensure that sustainable and just peace. The Geneva meetings should be key in discussing the so-called American «peace plan» and strengthening Ukraine's negotiating position.
