Russia destroys warehouse with humanitarian aid
In Dnipro, Russian troops destroyed a UN warehouse that stored humanitarian aid for the most vulnerable regions of Ukraine. This was reported by the organisation's representatives, who published photos from the scene.
According to preliminary data, At least 10,000 food parcels were burnt and destroyed, which were to be delivered to residents of the frontline districts of Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Donetsk regions.
A humanitarian disaster in a time of war
The UN has emphasised that such strikes directly deprive civilians of critical aid. The food was stored in industrial buildings, many of which have been completely destroyed.
The published footage shows broken shelves, destroyed boxes, torn packages of food and traces of a fire that went through the warehouse.
