Former Head of Kharkiv SBU Roman Dudin re-detained immediately after release from pre-trial detention centre
Kyiv, Ukraine - Law enforcement officers at the exit from the detention centre Roman Dudin, former head of the SBU Office in Kharkiv region, was re-detained. This was reported in the State Bureau of Investigation.
What happened
Roman Dudin released from the pre-trial detention centre on bail of UAH 4.2 million, However, he remained at large just a matter of minutes. Immediately after his release, he was a new suspicion was served, and then detained again.

According to the SBI, the new criminal proceedings relate to the events of 24 February 2022. The investigation believes that Dudin:
organised the seizure of the building of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration;
tried to illegally remove the regional leadership on the first day of the full-scale invasion of russia.
