President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he had offered the Middle East countries a format of military-technical cooperation: Ukrainian interceptor drones in exchange for missiles for the systems Patriot.

At the same time, he stressed the key condition: such cooperation is possible only if the leaders of the respective states agree on a ceasefire with Russia.
