Transactions over UAH 30 thousand will be automatically monitored
Starting in October, Ukraine will introduce closer control over financial transactions. This was announced by the Rector of the International Institute of Business.
What will change
All transactions of banking customers will be tracked automatically.
No additional request from the regulatory authorities will be required to verify the movement of funds.

Context.
These changes are being introduced to combat money laundering, tax evasion and the financing of illegal activities.
Expert opinion
Financiers note that the new system will increase the transparency of the movement of funds, but at the same time raises concerns among businesses and citizens about the level of confidentiality of their financial transactions.
