Drone attack on a collaborator's car
Collaborator eliminated in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region Vladimir Leontief, who previously held the position of the so-called «gauleiter» of Nova Kakhovka.
This was stated by Vladimir Saldo, the Kremlin-appointed head of the occupied Kherson region. According to him, Leontyev's car was attacked by a drone.
Who is Leontief?
After Russia's full-scale invasion, Vladimir Leontyev openly cooperated with the occupiers and was appointed the «head» of Nova Kakhovka.
He actively supported the Russian administration and spread propaganda about the «accession» of Ukrainian territories to Russia.
Context.
Ukrainian forces have repeatedly targeted collaborators and Russian officials in the occupied territories. Such liquidations are aimed at reducing the effectiveness of the occupation administration and undermining the enemy's morale.
