Kadyrov announces “response” to attack on Grozny and threatens new attacks

He also complained about the previous explosion in Grozny, calling it an «attack on a peaceful object», despite the lack of independent confirmation of such claims by the Russian authorities.

Kadyrov has repeatedly used public threats and intimidating statements in an attempt to put psychological pressure on Ukrainian society. Analysts emphasise that such statements are part of Russia's information and psychological operations aimed at destabilising and undermining the morale of the civilian population.
