Kremlin prepares attack scenarios
According to Andrius Cubilus, The Kremlin is discussing what a potential clashes with NATO.
Russian propaganda has recently been actively spreading narratives about the “inevitability of conflict” with the Alliance, which, according to the politician, is psychological preparation of society for war.
«The Kremlin is already discussing the possibility of direct aggression against NATO. This is not just rhetoric - it is preparation for scenarios that seemed unthinkable a few years ago,» said Andrius Kubilius.
Europe needs to be proactive
The European Commissioner called for strengthening defence programmes, increasing arms production and coordinating a common strategy against the Russian threat.
Kubilius emphasised that Deterring the Kremlin's aggression today means Preventing war in Europe tomorrow.
