Oleksiy Kuleba may be dismissed from the post of Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine

Sources. «US» reported that the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba may be dismissed in the near future. The information comes after a series of internal consultations in the Cabinet of Ministers on the performance of individual government members.

Reasons for possible dismissal

According to the interlocutors, the key issues are the pace of restoration of critical infrastructure, the implementation of support programmes for the de-occupied territories, and communication between the ministries involved in the reconstruction process.

It is also noted that recent audits have revealed problems with coordination between regional administrations and government agencies, which may have influenced the decision to make personnel changes.

Who can lead the recovery effort

According to the sources, several candidates are currently being considered, but no final decision has been made yet. These are officials who already work in the field of regional policy or have experience in managing large infrastructure projects.

Official comments

As of now, neither Kuleba nor the Cabinet of Ministers has publicly confirmed or denied the information. A formal decision may be made after the next government meeting.
