Russian attack on Kyiv: 1 killed, at least 15 wounded, over 40 rescued
Today's Russian attack on the capital killed 1 person, at least 15 people were wounded. SES units rescued more than 40 people in different parts of the city.
The attack caused widespread destruction of residential buildings and a number of fires over large areas.

Podil district
Hitting a high-rise building at the level of 15th floor.
13 people were rescued.
Dniprovskyi district
Fire extinguished two flats on the ground floor of a five-storey building (50 sq m).
17 people were rescued.

Hit to a 9-storey building: apartments catch fire from 7 to 9 floors (about 100 sq m).

Context.
Kyiv is experiencing one of the largest attacks in recent months. The strikes resulted in simultaneous fires in more than ten locations in the city.
The State Emergency Service, police, medics and utilities have been working all night, continuing to eliminate the consequences and dismantle the rubble.
The warning is ongoing: victims may still be found under the rubble.
