New Christmas art train «Train to Christmas» launched in Kyiv metro»
A new thematic art train started running in the Kyiv metro «The train to Christmas». It was officially presented today at the Obolon electric depot. The train is dedicated to the release of the film of the same name and the Christmas traditions of Ukraine.
The art train will run «blue» line (Obolonsko-Teremkivska). The car is decorated in a festive style: winter illustrations, Ukrainian symbols and characters from the Christmas cycle.
The presentation also featured a fairy-tale character who became a symbol of the new art project.
Project goal
The initiative is aimed at creating a festive mood in the city and promoting Ukrainian Christmas customs. The project was implemented in partnership with the creators of the film Trainspotting.
