The capital temporarily unites separate schools and kindergartens due to problems with heat supply. This was reported in the Kyiv City State Administration.
Where the learning process is optimised
The training is being reorganised in the areas where the heating situation is the most difficult:
Holosiivskyi
Darnytskyi
Desnyansky
Dniprovsky
Pechersky
These steps should allow us to retain the face-to-face learning format despite the energy difficulties.
The scale of the problem
The decision was made after of the massive attack on 12 February on energy infrastructure.
Before the shelling, the following were left without heating 150 buildings of educational institutions.
After the attack, their number increased by another 165 facilities.
In total, the following people were left without heating more than 30% educational institutions in Kyiv.

Russian energy strikes regularly affect the operation of social infrastructure, including schools and kindergartens.
The city authorities are trying to preserve continuity of learning by temporarily merging institutions and redistributing students and pupils.
