Kyiv TCC calls evaders «enemies» and «murderers» after attacks on staff

The Kyiv Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support has issued a strong statement following reports of numerous attacks by civilians on the staff of the TSC. The statement called the mobilisation evaders «traitors», «enemies» and «murderers».

In a statement published on the official website of the Facebook, The so-called «grey evaders» were accused by the TCC of violence against the institution's military personnel.

«An evader is a traitor. A fugitive is an enemy. A fugitive is a murderer,» the Kyiv TCC said, summing up its position on the events.

The authors of the post also stated that the attackers allegedly «shed martyr's blood» of the TCC employees and promised them «public condemnation» and «shame for the rest of their lives».

In recent years, incidents involving CCC employees and civilians during mobilisation events have been recorded in Ukraine. Some of them have been accompanied by conflicts and physical violence, which has caused heated public debate about the methods of mobilisation, the responsibility of the parties and the limits of acceptable rhetoric on the part of state structures.
