High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) imposed a preventive measure on the party leader «Yulia Tymoshenko's Batkivshchyna in the form of collateral in the amount of UAH 33 million.

The court made the decision in the framework of criminal proceedings being considered by the anti-corruption authorities.

Additional restrictions

In addition to posting bail, the court imposed a number of procedural obligations on Yulia Tymoshenko, including:

  • hand over your passport;

  • wear an electronic monitoring bracelet;

  • attend every summons from a court, investigator or prosecutor;

  • not to leave the territory of the Kyiv region without permission;

  • report a change of residence or employment;
