The 28-point peace plan no longer exists in its original form
Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office Alexander Bevz said that the original 28-point peace plan is no longer being considered in its old version. According to him, some of the points were removed, and others significantly changed, and not a single Ukrainian proposal was left without a response.
Bevz stressed that the current discussion around the document does not reflect the real picture, and many of the statements circulating in the information space are of a «conspiracy» nature.
What has changed
