«First, it will be an agreement between the US and Ukraine. This is a comprehensive plan to end the war,» Butler said.
He added that the parties have already agreed on «aggressive signing deadlines» of the document.

Butler said that the US Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll spent with the President Volodymyr Zelenskyy one-hour one-to-one meeting. The conversation took place during the visit of the US delegation to Kyiv, during which the peace plan was handed over to the Ukrainian side.
According to Butler, the meeting was «informative and focused on the key elements of the agreement».
