As a result of a massive attack by Russian kamikaze drones Nizhyn, Chernihiv region, is completely left without electricity supply.
Local authorities report that emergency crews are already working to restore power, but the extent of the damage is significant.

The attack was part of a broader Russian campaign aimed at destroying Ukraine's critical infrastructure. This time, the attack targeted energy facilities in Nizhyn.
Such attacks have been taking place regularly since the autumn of 2022, when Russians began systematically targeting Ukraine's power grids in an attempt to leave cities without electricity.
