Overnight, Russian forces attacked a power facility in Odesa region, leaving tens of thousands of families without electricity. This was reported by the company DTEK.
According to operational information, about 4,000 families was quickly reconnected using backup schemes. At the same time, the 32,500 consumers are left without electricity.
Power engineers note that repair work will begin as soon as the State Emergency Service and the military allow access to the damaged infrastructure. The site is currently under security and is undergoing an additional inspection for explosive elements.

The Odesa region is regularly attacked by Russian drones and missiles, which are aimed mainly at energy infrastructure. Repeated attacks result in prolonged blackouts and threaten the stability of the region's energy system.
