Russia strikes at Optima-Pharm's warehouse for the third time«

For the third time, Russian troops attacked the warehouse of one of the country's largest pharmaceutical distributors, the «Optima-Pharm».
This is reported by the Economic Pravda.

The warehouse was damaged in another attack completely destroyed. At the same time, the company confirmed that None of the employees were injured.

Details of the attack

According to sources in the pharmaceutical industry:

• The impact was a single point and caused complete destruction of the logistics centre;

• The destroyed warehouse was used to supply medicines southern regions of Ukraine;

• This is the third time that the company has been targeted by Russian infrastructure attacks.

The investigation into the circumstances of the strike is ongoing. The company is working to restore logistics and redirect supplies to other warehouses.

«Optima-Pharm is one of the two of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in Ukraine. The company plays a key role in supplying medicines to pharmacy chains, hospitals and humanitarian programmes.

Russia's attacks on medicines warehouses are becoming systemic - earlier, facilities in the north and centre of the country were hit, which puts an additional burden on the healthcare system and logistics.
