Mykhailo Fedorov is the new Minister of Defence of Ukraine
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to appoint Mykhailo Fedorov as Minister of Defence of Ukraine. The decision was supported by MPs during the plenary session.

Fedorov was appointed as part of the government's reshuffle. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation, where he was responsible for the digitalisation of public services, defence technology and the development of innovative solutions for the security sector.
