In Poltava, the CCC initiates a new mechanism for identifying draft evaders
The territorial recruitment centre in Poltava is stepping up efforts to find men who are evading mobilisation. The initiative was published by a local newspaper Zmist.
According to the proposal, state and local governments may transfer to the TCC information about persons who, despite their status as tax evaders, personally apply to institutions to complete documents or resolve administrative issues.
Details of the initiative
It is about creating a mechanism for data exchange between institutions that will allow
Identify individuals who avoid mobilisation activities;
promptly update information about their whereabouts;
to increase the efficiency of the TCC without massive street checks.
The TCC notes that many citizens who do not appear under summonses continue to use state services, which creates an opportunity for their identification.
