Poturaev: Almost all videos from the TCC are deepfakes created by artificial intelligence
Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy Nikita Poturaev said. The vast majority of videos are from alleged military commissariats (TCCs), that are spread in social media are fakes created by artificial intelligence.
«Almost all videos from the TCC are fake. These are dipshits created with the help of artificial intelligence,» Poturaev said.
The purpose of disinformation campaigns
According to the MP, such videos are part of the information and psychological operations, aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and creating distrust in the mobilisation authorities.
«This is a technological attack aimed at sowing panic, disbelief and division in society. We see systematic work of Russian and pro-Kremlin groups using AI to fabricate fakes,» Poturaev added.

Earlier, the Centre for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defence Council also warned of increase in the number of videos created with the help of neural networks, The latter imitate «bullying» or «violence» during the work of the TCC.
Experts point out that The quality of such fakes is constantly growing, and their detection becomes more difficult without special tools.
