The enemy has stepped up mobilisation in Transnistria and launched drone production: The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine warns of high threat of infiltration of subversive groups into Ukraine
Russia has stepped up preparations for a new hybrid operation in unrecognised Transnistria. This was reported by Channel 24 with reference to the data The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
According to the DIU, the region has significantly intensified mobilisation efforts, as well as launched the production of attack and reconnaissance drones. Ukrainian intelligence assesses the situation as creating high threat of infiltration by Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups (SRGs) to the territory of Ukraine.

“This is the beginning of a new hybrid operation by Russia before the so-called ‘presidential elections of the mrT’ in 2026. moscow wants to put tiraspol back on free Russian gas, raise the ratings of its proteges and quietly increase its military presence.”.
