The order to drain water from heating systems applies to residential buildings powered by CHPP-5 and CHPP-6. This is a necessary technical measure to prevent accidents in the grid during repair works and unstable power supply.
Residents are urged to follow the official announcements of utilities and local authorities regarding the timing of heat restoration.
