A job search will appear in Diya

Now you can find a job through Diia - the government has launched a pilot system called Obriy«

Ukraine launches pilot state employment system «Obriy», which will be integrated into the portal and application «Action». The project will allow citizens to search for jobs online and employers to quickly find candidates in a digital format.

What does the service include

According to the government's plans, Ukrainians will soon be able to:

• view current vacancies directly in Diia;

• apply for jobs online;

• use digital documents for employment.

Employers, for their part, will be able to publish vacancies and recruit employees through a single state platform.

Where else will Obriy operate«

In the future, the system is also planned to be introduced in ASCs, which should simplify access to employment services for people without constant access to digital services.

Context.

The launch of Obriy is part of the government's policy of digitalisation of public services and modernisation of the labour market. The new service is expected to reduce bureaucracy, speed up job search and increase the transparency of interaction between the state, business and citizens.
