Russia is preparing strikes on the Right Bank of Ukraine - Plachkov
The Kremlin is preparing for a new wave of strikes against Right-bank Ukraine, said the former Minister of Energy Ivan Plachkov.
«Their goal is to divide our energy system in two. Previously, the Russians were mainly attacking the left bank, but now they are preparing for a series of attacks on the energy facilities on the right bank,» Plachkov said.
According to him, the enemy seeks to to destroy the balance between energy regions, which can complicate the operation of the power system in winter.
