According to him, Ukraine “ignores Kremlin's proposals” and “evades dialogue”.

Context.

The Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly emphasised that There will be no negotiations with Russia, until the occupiers withdraw their troops from the territory of Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy back in 2022, signed a decree that bans negotiations with Putin's government.
Instead, Ukraine, together with its allies, is working on a joint peacefully, which provides for the restoration of territorial integrity and security.

Reaction.

Kyiv has not officially commented on Galuzin's latest statement.
However, advisers to the President's Office have previously emphasised that “Any initiatives of Russia are an attempt to gain time and legalise the occupation”.
