
Russia declares readiness to provide security guarantees to NATO countries
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov in a commentary to Russian media said that Russia ready to provide written security guarantees for the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance.
According to him, Moscow “has no aggressive intentions” towards NATO.
“Russia is ready to confirm its position officially - we are not planning any military actions against the member states of the Alliance. On the contrary, we want to reduce the level of tension in Europe,” Lavrov said.
