Shostka community without electricity after Russian air strike on the night of 3 October

On the night of Friday, 3 October, Russian aircraft attacked the Shostka urban territorial community in Sumy region. As a result of the attack Shostka and a number of settlements in the community were left without electricity supply.

Context.

This was reported by the head of the community Mykola Noga. According to him, An infrastructure facility in the Voronezh starosta district was damaged. Emergency power crews are working at the site and restoration work is underway.

Noga urged residents to remain calm, follow the safety rules during air raids and follow the official announcements regarding the restoration of electricity.
