An investment fund associated with Timur Mindich, in January 2022, acquired 77 apartments in Kyiv for a total amount of UAH 88.4 million. We are talking about housing in the capital's residential complex Riverdale, Investigative journalists report.

According to journalists, the apartments were sold with a discount up to 63% of the market value. The total benefit from the underpricing could have exceeded 5 million USD.

The following properties were acquired less than a month before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Who is behind the developer

The developer of the Riverdale residential complex is a company associated with the MP Dmitry Isayenko, who was elected to the Verkhovna Rada from the now-banned party OPFL.

Journalists note that mass acquisition of real estate at a significantly reduced price can be seen as a potential mechanism for money laundering, The deal was made with the corruptly obtained funds.
