Rada allows forced evacuation of children from war zones without parental consent
The Verkhovna Rada has granted the right to Forcibly evacuate children from areas of active hostilities even without the consent of their parents or legal representatives, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
The decision on such evacuation will be made by military administrations in agreement with Coordination headquarters, The company's operations are based on the security situation in a particular region.
Who may be affected by the evacuation

persons with disabilities.
In cases where parents refuse to take their child out of the danger zone on their own, the police will hand over children to the guardianship and custody authorities.
