Air Force and SBU officials detained for $320k bribe
Law enforcement officers detained the commander of the logistics of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the head of the SBU Office in Zhytomyr region on suspicion of receiving a bribe of $320,000.
This was reported by law enforcement agencies.
The essence of the suspicions
According to preliminary investigation, the defendants may have organised a scheme to embezzle funds allocated for the construction of defensive structures for military airfields.
It is about possible abuses in the implementation of defence projects.

Investigative actions are currently underway. The official suspicions and measures of restraint may be clarified after the completion of procedural procedures.
