TCC fails to fulfil mobilisation plans, but work continues - Istomin

The implementation of mobilisation plans in Poltava region is currently problematic, but the work is ongoing and the recruitment centres are trying to complete their tasks. This was reported by a spokesman for the regional territorial recruitment centre Roman Istomin.

According to him, a number of factors make it difficult to carry out mobilisation activities, but the TCC staff are working in an intensified mode.
