A woman doctor was fined by the TCC in Kropyvnytskyi
In Kropyvnytskyi a female doctor, mother of four, was fined 17 thousand hryvnias for allegedly violating the rules of military registration.
This was reported by the MP Alexey Goncharenko.
The woman before served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but it was dismissed and remained on the military register.
What is known about the incident
According to Goncharenko, the territorial acquisition centre (TAC):
▪️ per woman shouted і threatened with new fines,
▪️ were not allowed out of the office,
▪️ demanded a deferral via the app «Reserve+», although the system does not provide for this for women.
«A woman who is raising four children and has already served, was subjected to pressure in the TCC. She had no legal grounds to draw up any documents in the Reserve+, but she was subjected to psychological pressure,“ the MP said.
Woman appeals the decision in court
The doctor has already filed a complaint with the court, to appeal against the imposed fine.
The lawyers emphasise that the TCC resolution contradicts the law, Women are not required to apply for an electronic deferral.
