The TCC does not always remove persons liable for military service from the wanted list after paying a fine to the «Reserve+»
Representative of the Poltava Regional TCC and JV Istomin said that after paying the fine imposed through the app «Reserve+», persons liable for military service should be automatically removed from the wanted list.
However, in practice, the situation often differs from the officially announced one. Users of the application report long delays, when:
details for payment of the fine have not been received for months, even after the guilty verdict appeared in the app;
after paying the fine, the “wanted” status continues to hang for a long time, without updates and notifications from the transfer pricing authorities.
According to the persons liable for military service, such delays create risks of unlawful detention, problems crossing checkpoints, and difficulties in work and everyday life.
Context.
Application. «Reserve+» was launched to simplify communication with the MCC, digitise the data of persons liable for military service and enable them to receive summonses, fines or update personal information remotely.
The government has repeatedly stated that the system should work automatically, without the need to go to the TCC. However, due to delays in data processing and unstable integration of databases, some users are unable to pay the fine or be removed from the wanted list.
Experts point out that the lack of rapid synchronisation of registers is one of the key problems with the digitalisation of military records in Ukraine.
