“Coalition of the Resolute” to increase funding for Ukraine's weapons

Members of the international association agreed to expand support for the Ukrainian army

An international initiative known as the Resolute Coalition has decided to increase funding for weapons for Ukraine. Participating countries agreed to new assistance packages, The programme includes both the supply of modern equipment and long-term investments in military infrastructure.

According to preliminary information, the funds will be used to:

• procurement of air defence systems;

• supply of armoured vehicles;

• supplying the Armed Forces of Ukraine with ammunition;

• training of Ukrainian military in the territory of partner countries.

Representatives of the “Coalition of the Resolute” emphasise that increased funding should become a sustainable mechanism, not just a one-off assistance. The members of the association also called on other states to join the initiative in order to accelerate the strengthening of Ukraine's defence capabilities.

According to the diplomats, the new decisions will send a strong signal to Russia that the international community's support for Ukraine is unwavering.
