EU wants to start a war - Orban after Copenhagen summit

Statement by the Hungarian Prime Minister
Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban made a loud statement after the Copenhagen summit. According to him, the European Union «actually wants to start a war» by making decisions to support Ukraine.
Orban's arguments
The Hungarian leader noted that «openly pro-war proposals» were considered during the talks:
transfer of EU funds to Ukraine;
accelerating the process of Ukraine's accession to the European Union;
financing the supply of weapons to Kyiv.
According to Orban, these steps mean that the EU is directly involved in the war.
Context.
Orbán is known for his pro-Russian stance and has repeatedly blocked EU decisions related to funding for Ukraine or sanctions against Russia.
Most EU countries, on the contrary, are in favour of increasing military aid to Kyiv and speeding up European integration processes.
