Congressman says Trump's name is often mentioned in Epstein case

During a hearing with the US Attorney General, Congressman Jared Moskowitz said that the name Donald Trump is mentioned in the case file Jeffrey Epstein extremely often.

According to him, the number of mentions is allegedly higher:

  • the frequency of mentioning God's name in the Bible;

  • the number of references to Harry Potter in seven books of the eponymous series.

Such comparisons were made as part of the political discussion surrounding the investigation of the billionaire.

New evidence from the FBI

This week, the FBI published the testimony of a former Palm Beach police officer.

According to him, back in 2006, Donald Trump called the police and stated that «everyone knows» about the unacceptable behaviour of financier Jeffrey Epstein.

The context of the case

The cases related to Jeffrey Epstein remain a subject of political controversy in the United States and cause a significant public outcry.

The investigations cover the actions of the financier, his associates and possible links to influential people, which continues to influence the domestic political debate in the United States.
