President of the United States Donald Trump made a strong statement about Mexico, calling it a country that, in his words, is actually run by drug cartels.

«Is Mexico next? Mexico is run by cartels. Something has to be done about Mexico,» Trump said.

The US President also stressed that No other state in the world has capabilities comparable to those of the United States, and therefore, in his words, «no one can stop the United States».

Trump also commented on the war he is waging Russia, by calling it «primitive and horrible».

Context: Venezuela and Moscow's position

Against the background of the US operation against the Venezuelan regime, Trump also mentioned that Russia urges the US to release Nicolas Maduro and his wife, who are in custody by the decision of the US law enforcement agencies.

Earlier, Russian authorities had repeatedly condemned Washington's actions against Venezuela, calling them «aggression» and demanding an international response.
