American officials officially confirmed, that US Armed Forces carry out Strikes on targets in Venezuela, reports Fox News.
According to the TV channel, the operation continues amid a sharp deterioration in the situation around the president's regime Nicolas Maduro. Details on the list of affected facilities, the scale of the strikes and possible consequences have not yet been disclosed.
At the same time US Embassy in Venezuela appealed to American citizens with an urgent call to refrain from travelling to the country, The EU has been citing security risks amid the fighting and unstable situation.
