Venezuelan Vice President calls on Trump to cooperate with the US

Vice President of Venezuela Delcy Rodriguez addressed the US President Donald Trump with a call for peace, dialogue and cooperation, declaring Caracas« readiness for »balanced and respectful international relations" with the United States and the countries of the region.
