SBU disrupts Russian espionage operation

This morning in the office of the chief engineer of the defence enterprise TechEx The SBU and TechEx found spy equipment, including listening devices of the Russian special services. Thanks to the joint actions of the SBU and TechEx, critical information was prevented from leaking. For a long time, the enemy was misinformed.

Detection of spyware

In the morning, spyware installed by Russian special services was seized from the office of TechEx's chief engineer. Among the items found were listening devices.

According to the SBU Department of Counterintelligence, the devices were intended to collect technological information of the enterprise.

Preventing leakage and disinformation of the enemy

Thanks to the joint actions of the SBU and the TechEx team, the leakage of sensitive information was prevented. Production facilities and critical data remained protected.

For a long time, the company has been implementing measures to disinform the Russian side. According to TechEx representatives, the enemy has been «fed shit for a long time».

Russian special services are actively trying to gain access to the technologies of Ukrainian defence companies. They are targeting employees, suppliers and production facilities of all Ukrainian arms manufacturers.
