An oil refinery was attacked in Saratov. Part of the city was left without electricity. Damage to civilian infrastructure was also reported in Engels. In Togliatti, a fire was reported near two chemical plants: «Togliattikauchuk and KuibyshevAzot. Explosions were also heard in Ufa. As a result of the air defence and electronic warfare systems, there was damage to property and casualties among the local population.
